Zeyad Khoshaim is the managing partner of Khoshaim & Associates. He is qualified in New York, California, Washington DC, and Saudi Arabia.
He specializes in advising corporate multinationals on raising funds, structuring, financing, and litigating major projects, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in Saudi Arabia.
For 15 years, he has advised and led on some of Saudi Arabia’s highest profile energy –petrochemical – oil and gas – related projects, acted on arbitrations and litigation, including securities litigation and banking matters.
Zeyad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Zeyad also obtained a Management of Law Firms certificate from Harvard Law School Executive Education.
